We may, at our discretion and for a limited period of time, retain a copy of completed consumer projects. We do this to a) ensure the details of the project have been completed to the satisfaction of the end user, b) for when a project has multiple components that remain uncompleted, or c) when a consumer explicitly asks us to do so.
You may opt out of this program at any time by notifying us either by email or by personal communication with a team member.
Keepsake Solutions + The Print Refinery is not responsible for maintaining consumer data beyond the conclusion of a project and this policy should not be construed as a way to backup data. You, as the consumer, are ultimately responsible for the safe transport and storage of your completed project and all related data.
Keepsake Solutions + The Print Refinery strives to ensure that all posted pricing is accurate to the best of our ability. Given fluctuating market conditions and availability of raw materials, prices can and do change without warning. If our vendor partners notify us in advance of pending price increases, we will do our best to notify you of such changes.
Many of our products and services have standard production times. It is in the best interest of Keepsake Solutions + The Print Refinery and the end consumer to meet these production times whenever possible. Extenuating circumstances and lab volume can, at times, change these standardized production times. Should we be made aware of a change in either posted or quoted production times, we commit to notifying you at the earliest available opportunity. Keepsake Solutions + The Print Refinery can not, however, be held responsible for missed production times due to extenuating circumstances or an act of God. In this event, the consumer will be entitled only to a refund of pre-paid deposit or a store credit at the discretion of the management team.
