How Our Drop Off Program Works
Bring Your Memories To Us
Thanks to our reliable friends at UPS, we’ve never lost a package. However, we do understand that some customers are concerned about shipping their precious media files through the mail. That’s why we partnered with retailers across Ohio to offer in-person drop-off and pickup of your media files. Our Keepsake drivers hand deliver the materials, ensuring your packages are never lost in the mail, mishandled, or ruined. This is only available in Ohio at this time, and not compatible with online ordering. However, rest assured that using our online ordering and return shipping service is as fast, safe, and reliable as ever. And it’s the best deal around!
Pack
Box up your old tapes, film reels, audio cassettes, and photo negatives, along with your completed order form.
Drop
Drop off your package at a Keepsake Retailer and a Keepsake delivery driver will bring it to us. We’ll get to work on your transfers immediately.
Receive
We’ll process your order in 7-10 days and it can be picked up at your drop off location (Keepsake Retailer).
